Q: Can I buy these products online?

A: Yes! All the products displayed in our Internet Store can be ordered on-line for delivery.

Q: How do I choose products, place orders?

A: Ordering or receiving a detailed quotation from our catalogue is easy. First you Browse or Search our catalogue for the right products. Then you select products to include in your shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with the products and quantities in your shopping cart you can click the "Order On-Line" or "Quotes & Ordering" links to start the ordering process or to request a more detailed quotation.

Q: When are products shipped, delivered?

A: Most orders will be shipped using UPS from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. All in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order. Products are delivered within 3-12 days from shipping date, depending on the distance from our warehouse.

Non-stock items may take 1-6 weeks from order date. If Taps is unable to ship product immediately upon receipt of your order, we will quote you a specific shipping date by email for your approval.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: Taps accepts Visa and Mastercard for all Internet purchases. Orders may also be prepaid by personal cheque. For more details click here.

Q: What if I need to return the product?

A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the items (insured) by UPS or by Canada Post within 30 days of shipping date accompanied by the Packing Slip for a prompt refund or credit (delivery charges not included). Only merchandise in new and resaleable condition and in original packaging will be accepted.

Unless authorized by Taps and accompanied with a Taps Return Authorization Number, Taps will not accept for return and/or refund any goods which have been installed. Return Authorization Numbers must be obtained from our Customer Service Department either by email, phone or fax.

Q: How are warranty issues dealt with?

A: As a reseller of major brand name products, all items sold are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

All warranty claims are channeled through Taps. Contact our Customer Service Department by email, phone or fax. Appropriate followup arrangements will be handled by Taps.

Should you require any assistance with service, missing parts or additional instructions during installation, again, contact our Customer Service Department.

Shortages, damages or missing parts must be reported no later than 15 days from shipping date.

Unless otherwise stated, all warranties and replacement parts cover products only. Taps is not responsible for any plumbing or installation charges.

Q: What if I can't find the product I need?

A: If you can't find the product you are looking for in our Internet Store, send us a description of your requirements and we will provide you with a quotation or put it on-line so you can order it. Send us email if there are products you would like to see available through our Internet Store. Your feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
